Colour: Deep, intense red with purple/violet hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of purple fruits and violets, with notes of white flowers and black fruits, plus hints of white pepper and clove and subtle vanilla from oak.
Palate: A smooth, silky entry with rounded, well-integrated tannins, balanced structure and refreshing acidity. Fruit flavours of blackberries and raspberries carry through, complemented by delicate wood and spice, with a long finish that some tasters note as touched by liquorice.
Style/Origin: A single-varietal Malbec sourced from three Uco Valley sites (Altamira, Vistalva/Vistaflores and Gualtallary), aged around 12 months in French oak.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, stews, and mature cheeses.

The mousse is soft and creamy with beautifully integrated bubbles. On the palate, fresh summer berries including cranberry and redcurrant meet stone fruits, nectarine and wild apricot.
