Our signature white wine at Burn Valley continues to shine, barrel fermented and aged in Hungarian oak for eight months with a mixture of new and aged oak, partial malolactic fermentation is done to produce a rich buttery finish. This wine works incredibly well on its own as an aperitif but it will also pair beautifully with pan- fried Dover sole with lemon and caper butter or grilled chicken breast with lemon and thyme, fresh seafood starters, and mild creamy cheeses.
