During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.

The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of warm spices on the tastebuds. Enjoy this vermouth as an aperitif over ice, or use it to elevate your favourite cocktails.

Albourne Estate Blanc de Noirs 2016 (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England

£220.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

When people ask me I never admit to having a favourite wine….it would be like having a favourite child – unthinkable!

However, I’m very close to admitting that this could be my favourite sparkling wine that we’ve released so far. I always love the gorgeous bronzed-gold colour of Blanc de Noirs wines coupled with their depth of flavour…..but what totally captivates me about this wine is the mouthfeel and balance.

It has the smoothest texture, the most delicious creaminess and a captivating balance of freshness and fruit. This is a fantastic example of the style that can be created with the right wine and patience! We’ve waited 5 long years for this wine to gently mature and I think it was worth it.

Furleigh Estate Blanc de Blancs 2017 (6 Bottles) Bridport, Dorset, England

£240.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

An elegant white sparkling wine with crystalline features. Beautiful pale lemon with lots of tiny bubbles.

It has attractive floral aromas of acacia, elderflower and citrus blossom along with Sicilian lemons and chalky minerality.

The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.

Perfect for celebrations, serve well-chilled as an aperitif alongside shellfish canapés such as oysters, mussels or cockles. Great with flat fish such as lemon sole véronique, turbot, brill or dabs. Also good with fresh ricotta and goats cheese, or asparagus tips dipped in lemon butter or hollandaise.

Champagne Gratiot-Pillière Brut Tradition NV (6 Bottles) Champagne, France

The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.

A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

Harrow & Hope Brut Reserve No. 8 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England

£204.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 8 is based on the wonderful Pinot year that is 2019. It was a cooler and longer ripening season than 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronounced Pinot character is already giving lovely toasty complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on release but will also reward further ageing.
