A very special traditional method English sparkling wine made from our own Pinot Noir grapes skilfully combined with a carefully selected local Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir mix.
2018 was an exceptional growing year in the UK with a super hot summer which delivered grapes bursting with juicy ripeness.
Our Reserve Cuvée has fresh and intense citrus aromas, supported by notes of ripe fruit and the slightest hint of oak. A touch of biscuity honey with a creamy finish completes the tasting journey.
Aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Excellent with lobster lasagne, seafood or enjoyed on its own.

A vibrant and youthful style of Chardonnay with minimal oak influence this wine is fresh and light with a pleasing texture on the palate and distinctive minerality.
With notable aromas of green apple and lemon zest on the nose, this is a classic example of a winemaking style with a ‘light oak touch’ in a cool-climate Chardonnay.
Delicious for food pairing and will age well. We suggest grilled fish, risottos and creamy pasta dishes.

This single-vineyard Pinot Noir brims with flavours of plum, blackberry, juicy strawberry and red cherry. There’s complexity too, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky, mineral note. It’s beautifully balanced with silky tannins and a long finish.
The nose brims with ripe morello cherry, bramble fruits and raspberry alongside sweet spice, milk chocolate and toasted notes. On the palate, there are bold, ripe, dark fruits of plum and blackberry with juicy strawberry and red cherry. More complex flavours build as the wine opens up, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky mineral, toasted note. The wine is beautifully balanced with structured, silky tannins and a long, precise finish.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf. On the palate, the flavours explode in a juicy mix of green melon, passionfruit, and guava, perfectly balanced by a succulent citrus acidity that leaves you wanting more. The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.
A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

This single vineyard Charmat method wine is made from Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Seyval Blanc and Reichensteiner grapes.
These grape varieties bring together the oldest and newest planting in the vineyard, ranging from vines planted in the mid 90's through to the Chardonnay planted in 2010. Combining French and Germanic grape varieties to deliver a unique blend which delivers a fruit forward style with notes of green apple and stone fruit with a dry and refreshing finish.
