A gorgeous salmon pink colour, the palate is alive with raspberry, strawberry and a hint of rhubarb and blood orange. This wine is refreshing, elegant and has a lovely crisp, mouthwatering finish. Perfect in the cooler months with Balsamic pork and olives, and even a creamy porcini mushroom pasta.

This wine is 100% Bacchus selected from two blocks from our growers in Essex. These grapes showed exceptional quality and ripeness on arrival at the winery and were separated as a premium offering by our winemaking team.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: An intense nose with layers of gooseberry, pineapple, blackcurrant leaf & lime.
PALATE: A beautiful, balanced wine with excellent structure, including tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf and a smooth mouthfeel. Steely lime acidity continues into a finish that just keeps on going.

Domaine Jean Foillard wines enjoy cult-like status. Early on, Jean began to follow the teachings of Jules Chauvet, a traditionalist who defied everything that the more commercial brands were touting in the region. Jean and three other local vignerons, Marcel Lapierre, Jean-Paul Thévenet, and Guy Breton, soon joined in on the movement. The wines are a true and natural expression of Morgon with access to the very best vineyards in one of the most renowned areas of the appellation, the ‘Côtes du Py’, and 60-year-old vines, Jean`s wines are full of life and character and show incredible depth and purity.
The Morgon Cuvee Classique is ruby red with a robust nose of complex red and black fruit aroma, as well as earthy notes. On the palate, it is similarly layered. sour cherry, black plum, dried flower and leather, with great depth and a lengthy finish. This is a lighter style of wine that nevertheless offers wonderful complexity and depth.

Our rose is a careful blend of elegant Madeleine Angevine and fruity Rondo which affords it a pretty pink blush.
From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it has developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.

A brilliantly food-friendly, aromatic dry white wine with hints of tropical fruit.
Star-bright medium lemon with good legs. Ripe stone fruits of peach and nectarine mingle with passion-flower and lime-blossom alongside kiwifruit and exotic mandarin. Tropical fruits explode on the palate including pineapple, mango and guava with a touch of lime zest and gooseberry fool.
Very subtle oak integration gives a hint of vanilla and coconut on the finish. It has a slightly richer, creamy mouthfeel and well-balanced acidity with lingering flavours that pack quite a fruity punch.

Excellent served chilled with oriental Thai chicken green curry or aromatic Asian fish stew infused with lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime. Enjoy it with oven-roasted whole fish such as sea bass or sea bream cooked ‘en papillotte’ with herbs such as coriander or parsley. Also good with Mediterranean vegetables and stuffed vine-leaves. Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine reveals a delicate light pink hue, reflecting its fresh and vibrant character. The bouquet is lively and persistent, offering inviting fruity aromas with notes of pineapple and strawberry.
