With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Central Otago Pinot Noir has aromas of cherry, redcurrant and thyme are underpinned by hints of rose petal and subtle spice. Fine tannins frame the vibrant red fruit, savoury undertones and a touch of earthiness from the whole bunch. From the 2022 harvest at our West Ashling vineyard, this wine opens with an inviting bouquet of local watercress beds, complemented by notes of toasty cashews, cool cinders, and ripe greengage plum.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
Pale yellow colour, fine mousse. Expressive, fruity (citrus and banana) nose. Smooth palate (Meunier) maintaining the citrus notes, light finish.

Melbury Vale Midnight (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
Westwell Multi Vintage Pinot Meunier (6 Bottles) Westwell, Kent, England

Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.
