Three Squirrels is a delightful blend of Müller-Thurgau, Huxelrebe, and Reichensteiner—three German grape varieties from vines planted over 25 years ago.

Kaiken Ultra Malbec (6 Bottles) Mendoza, Argentina

Colour: Deep, intense red with purple/violet hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of purple fruits and violets, with notes of white flowers and black fruits, plus hints of white pepper and clove and subtle vanilla from oak.
Palate: A smooth, silky entry with rounded, well-integrated tannins, balanced structure and refreshing acidity. Fruit flavours of blackberries and raspberries carry through, complemented by delicate wood and spice, with a long finish that some tasters note as touched by liquorice.
Style/Origin: A single-varietal Malbec sourced from three Uco Valley sites (Altamira, Vistalva/Vistaflores and Gualtallary), aged around 12 months in French oak.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, stews, and mature cheeses.

This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. This Library Release wine has been gently maturing in our cellars. A Pinot Noir-dominated blend from a cool vintage, this wine is elegant and nuanced with layers of complex flavours. The overall impression is bright and vibrant. Notes of red currant, red fruits and orange zest sitting alongside cloves, cherry bark and a delicious succulent apricot note. The finish is complex and long.
Every year, we release a small number of late-disgorged wines. These are particularly luxurious and fine thanks to a special winemaking technique.
If you’re already familiar with Dom Perignon’s Plénitude or Bollinger’s RD, then you know the magical combination of freshness allied with delicious flavours of brioche, cream, butter and toast that characterise late-disgorged wines.

he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.
It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.

Limited to only 1200 bottles on first release, the Kings Rosé 2015 is a rare gem within The Hattingley Portfolio.
Made from a small selection of the highest quality Pinots, only six barrels were selected out of approximately 200, for this super premium English sparkling.
Due to its high quality we only make the Kings Rosé in exceptional years for ripening, which means we won’t see another vintage until at least 2027 and only if the perfect conditions happen again (We’ve got our fingers crossed!).
The twin to our Kings Cuvée 2015, it has the same delicious depth and richness, with the delightful addition of fresh red fruits; summer raspberries, red apples and first-picked strawberries. Its elegant pale pink colour and fine persistent bubbles make it the perfect drink for celebrating the most special of occasions.
Pair with scones, jam and cream (in that order!) for an indulgent afternoon tea. Or as starter with parma ham, paté and other charcuterie (in any order you like!).

Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the wines are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity, a theme which runs right through the range and really shows its worth in the vintage cuvées which show impressive energy and poise and remarkable ageing potential.
A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body.
