Weingut Eymann Gönnheimer Spätburgunder 2022 (6 Bottles) Pfalz, Germany
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Weingut Eymann was founded in 1984 in the village of Gönnheim, at the heart of the Pfalz wine region in southwest Germany. Since the beginning, it has been owned and run by the Torey family. The estate’s vineyards are located on the upper Rhine terrace, where soils shaped during the last ice age tell a long geological story. These soils, gravel and sand from ancient rivers, topped with a layer of loess—give the wines their structure and distinctive mineral character.
This wine has heady perfume of raspberries, bitter cherry and scented herbs, supported by sweet and supple tannins and a juicy mouthfeel. Small proportion of whole bunch gifts a lifted, aromatic profile.
13% ABV, Biodynamic, Vegan Friendly.
Giffords Hall Madeleine Angevine 2023 (6 Bottles) Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Establishing itself as one of the UK 'signature varietals', Madeleine is a very distinctive early ripening grape with a thin skin and a very floral, delicate character. It grows with great exuberance here and often overcrops.
A light and delicate bouquet with a refreshing burst of zingy lemon on the palate followed by distinctive elderflower. A dry and refreshing still white, offering depth and a smooth minerality but balanced with crisp acidity on the palate.
Hartenberg Chardonnay 2022 (6 Bottles) Stellenbosch, South Africa
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

With a philosophy of combining decades of experience and knowledge of the local terroir and an innovative attitude to how it is cared for. By understanding and working with nature Hartenberg ensure that their wines are unique to their vineyards. Promoting biodiversity and soil health the estate has established a culture of regenerative farming, a system that allows the crafting of wines through environmentally conscious and sustainable methods. The estate has been rated as one of South Africa’s 1st Growth producers by wine critic Tim Atkin MW.
This Chardonnay is an enchanting blend of orange blossom, subtle notes of toasty brioche and bright citrus fruit on the bouquet, all enhanced by a pronounced limey intensity. Lean and linear in structure, hints of peaches and cream add a delicate layer of complexity, underscored by a zesty citrus note culminating in a long and satisfying finish.

Coolhurst Ktima Gerovassiliou Malagousia (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England via Greece
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
NECTAR FROM A DIFFERENT HECTARE
This very fine bottle of white wine comes from the exceptional Ktima Gerovassiliou, who are veritable magicians. It is important to know that, in a market now well represented by the indigenous Malagousia varietal, this estate was responsible for rescuing said grape from extinction in 1981. This baby is the benchmark of the varietal and comes from immaculate 74 acre slopes in Epanomi.
It’s all in here; white pear, mango and lemon zest on the nose and a mouthful of refreshing fruit with a hint of mountain herbs underpinned by a delicious flinty, mineral backbone. Obviously this is a natural partner to Greek and Mediterranean food but it has the kahunas to stand up to Thai spice too. If you like Sauvignon Blanc or Bacchus you’re going to love this.
