Balfour Brut Rosé 2021 (6 Bottles) Tonbridge, Kent, England
FREE SHIPPING ENGLAND WIDE
More cranberry than strawberry, this is classic Balfour; dry, precise and powerful. Richer than some of its predecessors, the 2019 reflects one of the best years in English viticultural history. A complex wine that is more than just primary fruit, there are notes of burnt orange combined with a wonderful herbaceous note on the finish.
Balfour Brut Rosé is one of England’s most recognisable wines, our flagship, and for six years the only wine made by Balfour. It is a single-vineyard wine from our Oast House Meadow vineyard, planted in 2002 with clones and rootstocks specifically chosen to make a world-class sparkling rosé.

Greyfriars Vineyard Sparkling Rosé Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.

Coolhurst Viña Echeverría Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England via Valle de Curicó, Chile
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
NECTAR FROM A DIFFERENT HECTARE
This heavenly wine is made by one of my fabulous wine-buddies, Roberto Echeverría and the jazzy new label is designed by his English wife Julia who grew up down the road from Coolhurst in Copthorne!
The grapes for this wine are grown in a single vineyard in the Entre Cordilleras area of the Curicó Valley, at an altitude of 243 metres. Situated on the 35th parallel south, between the towering Andes Mountains and the cool Pacific Ocean, the cooling influence of the oceanic breeze allows the grapes to achieve outstanding fruit aromas and exceptional colour concentration. The rows are planted in an east-westerly direction, to maximise the sun’s exposure.
This is an absolute cracker and incredible value for money! This concentrated golden wine has a complex nose of mature peaches, apricots and honey, with notes of quince jam and creamy honeyed flavours enlivened by a good level of acidity. Rich, intense and full bodied, with a long and elegant finish. Serve nice and cold!
Artelium Blank Canvas 2021 (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A delicious, intentionally accessible style of wine with fruit purity at the fore. Those seeking layers of complexity will find them in the subtle minerality and refreshing acid structure that holds the wine together so well.
Pinot Gris offers all the elegance, fine-bubble texture and finesse of Artelium’s core range, but the use of Pinot Gris rather than the traditional varieties gives this wine a pear, peach and soft-citrus profile that is easy to drink and ever so moreish!
Plumpton Estate Brut Classic NV (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Dry, with crisp acidity and a delicate, persistent mousse. This wine displays crisp apple and citrus fruit notes perfectly balanced with creamy brioche roundness and a long refreshing finish. Quality English sparkling wine at its finest!
Plumpton Estate Brut Classic NV is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of our wine students. The wine spends at least 2 years ageing on lees in the bottle before riddling and disgorging.

Freshly picked hawthorn berry, raspberry and a hint of cedar. A lightweight palate of juicy red berries seasoned with sweet herbs, well balanced and delicate with a soft tannic grip. An elegant, refined summer drink.

Our Orange Bacchus is a single estate Bacchus sourced from grapes grown in Hawkhurst, Kent and then aged in oak barrels. Orange wine is made in contact with the grape skins in order to extract flavour and texture in a similar way to how red wine is made.
Greyfriars Vineyard Old Vine Blanc de Blancs 2016 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
Displaying a delicate, pale lemon hue, this complex sparkling wine has honeyed beeswax and subtle baked apple aromas. The palate is a harmonious blend of richer and fresh fruit, with creamy apple and pear flavours and a delicate hint of vanilla on the finish from the well integrated oak ageing.
While this would serve as a wonderful aperitif, it would go down equally well with creamy, crème fraîche chicken pasta with pancetta; or with a Normandy style Moules with Cider, or lighter roast dishes such as pork tenderloin with fennel.
Review by Matthew Jukes in Vineyard Magazine: (November 2024) "[Goldenford] is fermented and aged in neutral oak, which grants this wine permission to hold itself with exquisite deportment. There are so few 'still' Chardonnays in the UK for which I use the term 'sophisticated'. I have no doubt they will come, but Goldenford is already here, and it is an absolute gem. Silky, linear, resonant and singular, this thrilling wine blows my mind at only £18! I have said it before, and it bears repeating- the wines from Greyfriars are the finest value in our land, and this beautiful wine is genuinely world-class from a taste perspective and also from a pounds, shillings and pence reckoning. if only I still owned my wine bar- would buy a pallet at the drop of a hat!"
