A pale red Pinot Noir, the colour is deceptive, not revealing the powerful red fruits hidden within. Full of wild red fruit characters on the nose, the palate is soft, with intense red cherry and gentle spice from the time spent on oak. The perfect red for summer, ideal with a BBQ.
Winemaker's Notes: Just the ripest Pinot Noir was used for this light red. The grapes were crushed and fermented partly in tank and partly in barrel. Throughout the ferment regular pump overs were conducted to extract a little more colour and weight. The oaked proportion of the blend then spent a further 12 months in oak before being bottled.

A subtle oxidative style of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method and matured on the lees for 20 months. We have built more complexity into the base wine, maturing in French oak and on the lees prior to bottling, which offers up a more savoury style of English sparkling wine.
The colour has an amber hint in the glass and aromas of baked red apple, sultana, caramel and lemon rind. The palate is dry and has flavours of red apple and toasted baking spice, with a focussed acidity, soft lees tannin and delicate mousse.

The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.
