Nutbourne Blush 2022 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

A delightful dry blush rosé wine made from a combined pressing of our Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, with just enough skin contact to give a lovely pale pink hue. With geranium on the nose, it has a gentle wild strawberry acidity, soft citrus, redcurrant and floral herbaceous notes on the palate.
A wine for quaffing on a summer's afternoon in an English country garden with friends. Serve with hors d’oeuvres or light salads, such as smoked duck breast with white peaches. Perfect with a little caviar on dill blini.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the top of our Southdown vineyard with the windbreak line of poplar trees in midsummer. You can feel the heat haze running through the image, ripening and developing the flavours in the grapes.

Displaying a lovely, delicate pink colour this delightful rosé sparkling wine boasts a rich nose of ripe summer strawberries with a palate that begins with luxurious flavours of creamy red apple, leading to bright cranberry fruit and a fresh strawberry finish.

This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. Minerva Wine is known for its distinctive flavour profile, which is attributed to the rare geology of the Mendip Hills where the grapes are grown. The geothermal heating that occurs when rainwater falls on the Carboniferous Limestone outcrop in the Mendip Hills gives the wines their unique flavour.

Palacios Remondo La Vendimia Garnacha Tempranillo 2022 (6 Bottles) Rioja, Spain

Palacios Remondo is a family-owned winery based in Alfaro, in Rioja Oriental, the warmest and most easterly part of the Rioja appellation. The soils here are silty and alluvial and the semi-arid Mediterranean climate is well-suited to growing Garnacha, a variety that is finally coming back into the foreground in this region, after decades of being supplanted by the more popular Tempranillo.
This wine has great phenolic maturity and a salty herb-sour edge to intense almost tarry dark Garnacha. The palate has a fantastic acid-tannin reach which drags clay spice and floral red berry along and along and along ... It’s long, complex, fresh, vital and complete.
