Chartham Blanc de Blancs 2020 (6 Bottles) Canterbury, Kent, England

This delicious sparkling white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay using the classic bottle fermentation method.
It is pale straw in colour with hints of green and a lively effervescence. The wine has delicate floral brioche with almond-like characters on the nose and a creamy palate, beautifully textured. It has balanced acidity and a long finish.

On the back of the hot summer of 2022, we left a further 689 vines of Solaris to ripen further. 28 days after harvesting our main Solaris crop, the berries turned a wonderful golden brown and started to dehydrate on the vine.
Packed full of banana & toffee flavours, lifted with some floral notes and held together with a refreshing acidity. This dessert wine pairs perfectly with some Shropshire Blue cheese.
Sandridge Barton Blanc de Noirs 2020 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

This is the first sparkling wine in our Sandridge Barton range, and it has certainly hit the ground running, winning a 'Master' medal at the Global Sparkling Wine Awards 2023 and is one of only 7 wines to achieve this top award out of 230 entries.
Made with 100% Pinot Noir from the best parcels, it's fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in second fill French oak barrels where it spends a further 10 months on gross lees. We bottled this wine for second fermentation in June 2021, where it spent a further 18 months on the lees in bottle. We disgorged this wine with no dosage added, so it comes in at 0 g/l of residual sugar.
Raspberry gold in colour, with delicate aromas of rhubarb, fresh orchard fruits and cooked apple. The palate is dry, with delicate tart red berry flavours and subtle autolytic characters of baked bread and puff pastry. This leads you into a long finish lifted by the ripe and fruit-driven acidity.

The team at Lobster Reef thought their quirky nature perfectly reflected what Lobster Reef wines are all about. The Lobster Reef winemaking team works closely with some of Marlborough’s finest growers to ensure that only the very best fruit is selected for their wines. This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! Aromas of freshly picked pears, apples, garden herbs and a touch of gooseberry that's accentuated on the palate, accompanied by a slight floral character that lingers on the finish. Ideal for drinking on its own, but with enough crisp acidity to pair well with foods such as smoked fish, a cheese starter (try a goat's cheese salad) or garden picnic.
Oastbrook Estate Rosé Reserve 2022 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.
