Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is pale yellow with golden reflections, while the nose is floral with ripened yellow fruit, Fresh and rich in minerality and persistence. Lovely with fish and fresh or medium-aged cheese.

Robbing Red Breast is a beautiful red wine produced from Rondo Red grapes. A vibrant ruby red appearance with a hint of purple, an aromatic nose with notes of cherry, plum, and hints of spice, earth, and subtle oak. Medium-bodied with flavours of ripe cherry, blackcurrant, and plum, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and spice. This grape produces dark blue grapes when ripened at the end of October giving the wine a slight blush appearance. By allowing the natural fermentation to extend to 30 months, the Pinot grape makes a very fine sparkling wine having a fruity aroma and spicy flavour. Crisp and dry.

Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.

Lyme Bay Chardonnay 2021 (6 Bottles) Axminster, Devon, England

Fermented in a mixture of stainless steel and oak at cool temperatures using selected Burgundy yeast strains to enhance complexity, stone fruit, floral characters and minerality. Post-fermentation there was full malolactic fermentation and extended fine lees ageing with some bâtonnage to accentuate the natural weight.
A late dry spell in 2021 allowed us to hang the fruit for as long as possible to ensure we attained peak physiological ripeness for our house style. The Chardonnay 2021 is a blend of aromatic and non-aromatic chardonnay fruit sourced from a collection of growers in Essex where the microclimate and soil allow the grapes to achieve excellent ripeness, harvested between 31st October and 7th November 2021.
