An opulent still Chardonnay from a single-vineyard plot on our estate, Commanders Vineyard. This is an elegant wine with tropical fruit flavours, a mineral note and creamy, toasty character.
An opulent, fruit driven nose full of ripe pear, stone fruit and lemon peel, alongside sweet spice, vanilla and a delicate smoky note. On the palate, there’s lots of tropical fruits, fresh citrus, white peach and a salty mineral note. The wine is beautifully elegant and the mouthfeel is generous and creamy, with toasty, buttery characters leading to a freshness on the long, lingering finish.

This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. The Fernández family were grocers in Madrid when they decided to set this biodynamic estate up from scratch. Their objective was always to make accessible, easy to drink biodynamic wines and what they’ve achieved in 10 years is nothing short of impressive. High on a gently rolling plateau they built a purpose made winery cleverly laid out to facilitate collecting the grapes and making and storing the wine as efficiently as possible. The 100 hectares of vineyards are planted with many varieties but their Syrah, Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Viognier really stick out.
This Sauvignon Blanc is robust and bold. It has aromas of tropical fruit, bruised apple, brazil nut and dried orange rind. This amber wine is at the cross roads of a red wine for its tannins and a white wine for its good acidity.

La Cantina Pizzolato Pinot Nero DOC Venezia 2023 (6 Bottles) Veneto, Italy

Settimo Pizzolato is the fifth generation of grower at the estate, a man full of charisma and innovative wisdom. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
Pale ruby red colour with a slight garnet hue. Aroma reminiscent of berries, blackberry, plum jam with notes of licorice. In the mouth the wine is delicate, fruity and typically acidulous. Its light tannin gives it a full and pleasantly long taste.

Wraxall Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Shepton Mallet, Somerset, England

To build texture and complexity the Estate Bacchus was 82% fermented in stainless steel and 18% in neutral Burgundy barrels with periodic lees stirring. Delicate and floral with flavours of ripe orchard fruits and spring blossom. The palate is full, with very subtle influence from the neutral barrels, supporting flavours of juicy nectarine and red apple skin.

Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity. Sustainability is the cornerstone of Heartland’s approach to viticulture. they encourage plantings of indigenous trees, grasses and bushes, practice rational water management, and eschew chemical treatments in the vineyards. They even have a herd of goats to keep the weeds down.
Vermentino originally hails from Italy's Liguria region and the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia. It has been grown in Langhorne Creek for around 30 years. Langhorne Creek is an ideal location for Vermentino with our maritime conditions. Look for a refreshingly aromatic and bright wine full of citrus, pear and lemon peel. Heartland Vermentino has a sea spray character that the wine is known for, with a mouth-watering, zesty, long finish.
