Saint Vincent is a blend of all our varieties. It tastes like something inbetween a dry cider and a wheat beer. Aromas of elderflower & apple with a hint of baking spice.
Piquettes are a great way to ease into the evening after a long day in the sun, and very suitable for those who would usually grab a beer or dry cider before dinner.
Saint Vincent is not disgorged, meaning each bottle contains natural yeast sediment. To serve, you can either reintegrating the yeast (upturn the bottle), or leave it to settle and drink clear.

After the bold, broad, and almost brutish 2018 release, the 2019 is cut from a different cloth. A cooler and less abundant year suited the Pinot considerably better than the Chardonnay.
80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. It certainly has that signature Pinot intensity but is wrapped in an elegant and refined structure that is a hallmark of 2019. For those who remember 2015, this is very similar in structure and a wine that continues to develop a singular identity that makes it stand out from the crowd, no doubt our most complex wine to date.

An opulent, fruit driven nose full of ripe pear, stone fruit and lemon peel, alongside sweet spice, vanilla and a delicate smoky note. On the palate, there’s lots of tropical fruits, fresh citrus, white peach and a salty mineral note. Weingut Weszeli is located in Langenlois, a famous wine village located on the river Kamp where it winds its way down to the Danube at Krems. Here, there is a patchwork of Cru vineyards which have been instrumental in putting Austria on the map as a source of world-class white wines.
