Expertly crafted from pinot noir, regent, triomphe and léon millot, this blend has been aged in oak barrels for 9 months, resulting in a vibrant and smooth red wine. Deep ruby in colour, bursting with aromas of blackberry, ripe cherries with subtle hints of spice and smokiness. Rich bramble fruit with dark roasted coffee, lead to a velvety mouthfeel, silky soft tannins, plummy fruits and a hint of warming oak on the finish.

The first release of our Trigonia Series, the 2016 Blanc de Blancs. This wine was bottled in early summer 2017 and has now spent six years on the lees, quietly evolving and developing those enhanced autolytic aromas and flavours. Disgorged in May 2023, the nose is still fresh and lively, with inviting biscuit and pastry aromas reminiscent of a lemon tart.

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fresh salads, and a variety of cheeses.

Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2023 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish. A lovely nose of soft apple blossom and gentle apricot lead to a palate that is just dry but deliciously fresh and easy to get along with. The apricot follows on from the nose and is combined with rounded citrus fruits – mainly subtle orange and lemon. Produced from Ortega grapes, this wine is just great on its own but will work very well with white fish dishes and salads.

Settimo Pizzolato is the fifth generation of grower at the estate, a man full of charisma and innovative wisdom. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
Pale ruby red colour with a slight garnet hue. Aroma reminiscent of berries, blackberry, plum jam with notes of licorice. In the mouth the wine is delicate, fruity and typically acidulous. Its light tannin gives it a full and pleasantly long taste.
