Plumpton Estate Brut Rosé is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of wine students. The wine spends at least two years ageing on lees in bottle. A splash of red Pinot Noir wine is added to give it a vibrant pink colour.

This wine is fresh and aromatic, it has aromas of gooseberry, cassis bud and green pineapple on the nose, followed by a zesty palate of pithy pink grapefruit. A classic English Bacchus.
Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.
A race won ‘on the nod’ is thrilling to watch and is so close it is often decided by a photo of the finish. A perfect name for our Bacchus with its crisps, citrus finish. Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2023 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!
La Cantina Pizzolato Pinot Grigio Rosé DOC Venezia 2023 (6 Bottles) Veneto, Italy

Settimo Pizzolato is the fifth generation of grower at the estate, a man full of charisma and innovative wisdom. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
This wine presents a soft pink hue, inviting the senses with delicate floral aromas and subtle notes of wild strawberries. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, showcasing a well-balanced acidity that enhances its elegance and drinkability.
