Our Sauvignon Blanc has its own Characteristics. It is different to a French or New Zealand; it can only be described as wonderfully Cornish. On the nose this wine is lively with notes of lime, passion fruit and pineapple. On the palate it’s crunchy fresh, green apple and tropical fruits with a distinctly Cornish minerality provided by the granite-based soil at Polgoon.

All our wines are vegan friendly. This wine has been made following low-intervention techniques, which means that a little, non-harmful deposit can be seen in some bottles.
This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.

The wine showcases a delightfully delicate golden hue, bursting with aromas and flavours of honeyed red apples. We recommend this as an aperitif or a celebration wine but the outstanding balance of the wine will also be a treat with lighter roasted meats such as pheasant or duck, soft cheeses and truffle based dishes.
