Llanerch Estate's Solaris Dry White is a testament to the virtues of the Solaris grape, an early-ripening hybrid known for its robust characteristics and minimal need for intervention. While not officially organic, this wine comes remarkably close, thanks to the grape's natural disease resistance.
The nose is a vibrant symphony of zesty limes and lemons, intertwined with the crisp scent of green gooseberries, all underpinned by fresh, clean undertones. On the palate, it reveals a lively high acidity, reminiscent of crunchy Granny Smith apples and a burst of lime zest.

Made from our very best parcels of Bacchus grapes, a unique expression of Bacchus from some of our oldest vines. The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, a limited range only made in selected years. Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. This wine is a blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir from the 2023 vintage and has been crafted to create a light delicate, fresh but aromatic white blend that celebrates the very best of the North Downs.
The Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir were whole bunch pressed with the Chardonnay formed purely from the cuvee fraction of the whole bunch press. The Pinot Gris was crushed and destemmed with a 2-hour soak. There was an addition of tea leaf tannins to the tank fermented wine to reduce the amount of added sulphites. 24% of the Chardonnay was fermented and aged in barrel for six months and 10% of the Chardonnay came from our Chardonnay ‘solera’ reserve tank which we started in 2015

Yolande Beekman flew to NE France as a radio operator in September 1943. Unfortunately in January 1944 her transmissions were detected and she was captured and tragically executed at Dachau in September 1944.
