The sixth release, our 2015 Blanc de Blancs is a standout wine that we are incredibly proud of. Awarded an impressive 93 points by Decanter Magazine, it featured in their November 2023 issue as one of the "Best English Wines to Try This Christmas". This wine is a true testament to our dedication to crafting exceptional English wines and makes a great gift for any wine lover.
The grapes were crushed and destemmed before fermenting. Part of the wine was fermented and aged in used oak barrels with the remainder in stainless steel tanks. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation. It was bottled for secondary fermentation in July 2016 and has matured on lees for 6 years.

Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. Cuvée Boz – 100% Chardonnay – is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified in stainless steel and without any oak ageing, it shows remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through its flinty minerality and a long, toasty finish.
