Situated in the north of Picpoul de Pinet AOC, there is a strong continental influence, rather than maritime, with more humid morning fog, higher rainfall and warmer temperatures, which has a pleasant ripening impact on the fruit.

A delicate golden colour in classic Picpoul style, the bouquet of the wine is composed of ripe exotic fruits, sweet spices and anise, and light, clean and sleek minerality, and a certain zippiness.
