A new experimental wine. The grapes were sourced from nearby Essex. They are destemmed and fermented using indigenous yeast and then pressed into an old burgundy barrels. The wine was aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring.This unusual and fun wine is expressive and textured, showcasing aromas of tropical and stone fruit, hints of dried citrus fruits and white pepper.

Ortega is an early ripening variety for the UK, which allows us to leave the grapes hanging on the vine as long as possible to achieve the optimum balance of fruit and acid. Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is an intense red, with lots of soft fruits, flowers and spices on the nose. Fresh mineral and astringent with persistence and full bodied mouth. Perfect with rich grilled meat courses, cured meat, seasoned cheese, legumes soups and lasagna.

Following on from the success of our medal winning 2021 vintage we have produced the same style of wine from our hand harvested Solaris, fermented and aged in stainless steel with seven months of lees aging and batonnage to help enhance the palate and mouthfeel with aromas of citrus and floral notes. Subtle stone fruits merge with an oily texture, balanced with crisp acidity.

Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Sauvignon Blanc showcases a golden hue adorned with green undertones, displaying impeccable clarity and remarkable depth. Its nose is a one of complexity, boasting exquisite fruit notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit, alongside captivating mineral undertones. Upon aeration, the minerality takes centre stage, reminiscent of gunflint, intertwining gracefully with the hints of freshly squeezed lemon entwined with the essence of white fruit, pear, and green apples. The minerality gracefully intertwines with powerful fruit flavours, most notably peach.
