Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to control ripening and vigour.

Deep crimson red in colour, with aromas of cassis and red plum on the nose. The palate is medium bodied, with a soft, silky texture and a subtle hint of spice from the oak, which leads to a long, moreish finish. The wine has been gently aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, to add more depth and complexity.

Displaying a lovely, delicate pink colour this delightful rosé sparkling wine boasts a rich nose of ripe summer strawberries with a palate that begins with luxurious flavours of creamy red apple, leading to bright cranberry fruit and a fresh strawberry finish.

This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. A rare and unique expression of English Pinot Noir. Grapes harvested in 2022 were crushed and left on their skins for two days before fermentation in a single puncheon of high-toast oak, where the wine was left to age for 10-months.
Bright pink-grapefruit colour gives way to notes of ripe cherry, savoury citrus, tangerine peel and pipe tobacco.
The palate has a pronounced structure, defined by a natural freshness and gentle tannic grip. Rich toasted oak resonates with the charred wood depicted in the label. A long and memorable finish.
