The wine is dry yet the aromas remind us of baked apples and lemon peel, it’s a beautiful wine to drink with food and it will naturally match most fish dishes, and especially those prepared with a creamy sauce or with a hint of spice.
Tasting Notes featured in Decanter Magazine:: (November 2023) "A richly textured blanc de blancs from the North Downs, five years on lees. Yeasty mango, pineapple and banana peel on the nose. More rounded yellow fruits on the palate, seasoned with sweet spices and a touch of tannin. The creamy weight is offset by still-vivid freshness. Toasty almonds to finish."
WineGB Tasting Notes: "Deep colour, powerful nose with presence - cashew brioche and fig. A big, dense, textural wine with weight allied to power. Finishes long and fine with toasted nuts, candied lemon and spice."
The sixth release, our 2015 Blanc de Blancs is a standout wine that we are incredibly proud of. Awarded an impressive 93 points by Decanter Magazine, it featured in their November 2023 issue as one of the "Best English Wines to Try This Christmas". This wine is a true testament to our dedication to crafting exceptional English wines and makes a great gift for any wine lover.
The grapes were crushed and destemmed before fermenting. Part of the wine was fermented and aged in used oak barrels with the remainder in stainless steel tanks. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation. It was bottled for secondary fermentation in July 2016 and has matured on lees for 6 years.

Non vintage English Sparkling Brut Reserve. Typically 2 ½ to 3 years on lees, blended with 2 to 3 prior years’ reserve wines. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
This elegant brut sparkling blend showcases a harmonious balance of flavours. The 40% Chardonnay provides a rich, creamy texture, while the 50% Pinot Noir adds depth and complexity. The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. Back in our cellars once more following on from successful 2018 & 2020 vintages. This Rondo and Regent blend has been fermented on skins for three weeks and pressed into tank; before transferred into barrel. Individual Regent and Rondo barrels were selected to create this 50:50 blend.
Subtle oak notes on the nose merge well with black forest fruits and floral notes. A richer, darker palate than the single variety Regent yet a softer, smoother finish. 11.5%
