The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
Our Bulari Sparkling Rosé is wonderfully fresh and fragrant with hints of rose petal on the nose and an extremely elegant, pale pink appearance. This wine has a delicate mousse with alluring flavours of passion fruit and hints of orange on the palate leading to a dry, crisp finish.

Biddenden's sandy loam over clay soil coupled with modern winemaking techniques, all help to produce this exclusive, single varietal sweet fruity wine.
Light blush in color, this sweet wine is made with late harvest grapes which have been left on the vine to develop higher natural sugars. Flavors of honey, lychee and elderflower adorn this lusciously rich white wine. Schönburger grapes grow particularly well in the UK, because of our maritime climate.
The grapes are pale and plum colored, and have a very high sugar content. With good acidity they produce a very fruity full flavored wine.

This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. Harvested from our vineyard in Wiltshire, this wine pairs perfectly with duck and lamb, or simply enjoy on its own. We recommend to serve this wine on the colder side of room temperature. Some English red wines offer a better taste when served chilled and this wine is no exception to that. However, if you prefer your wine wines on the warmer side this wine can do either.
