Boco by House Coren; a high-quality Charmat method sparkling wine made in West Sussex using top-quality grapes from England. An iridescent kaleidoscope of pale, white peach. This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. The grape were from the ripest plots across our two site picked around the end of the third week of October.

The palate is rounded and full with soft oak tannin, more rich yellow fruits and a touch of oak spice. 100% whole-bunch-pressed Madeleine Angevine that was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and then matured in both steel and old French oak for 9 months before being bottled with no filtration.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.
