This is our latest release in our ever popular Blanc de Noir style. Our largest production of sparkling wine from the year that delivered the “vintage of dreams” with a perfect growing season and amazing grape quality resulting in a beautifully balanced sparkling wine.
This wine has been awarded two Silver medals from the 2023 WineGB Awards and the 2023 WineGB West Awards.
This is made with our Pinot Noir from the steepest vineyard parcel and has spent four years on the lees.

Leslie’s Reserve Brut NV is a bright and fresh sparkling wine that captures the elegance and purity of English winemaking. Named after co-founder Leslie Balfour Lynn and first released in 2021 alongside the Rosé, this classic traditional method wine highlights Balfour’s signature style, emphasising fruit and aromatics with minimal reserve wine. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and full malolactic fermentation before ageing on lees for a minimum of 12 months.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has its own Characteristics. It is different to a French or New Zealand; it can only be described as wonderfully Cornish. On the nose this wine is lively with notes of lime, passion fruit and pineapple. On the palate it’s crunchy fresh, green apple and tropical fruits with a distinctly Cornish minerality provided by the granite-based soil at Polgoon.

Grown on the chalk soils of rural Dorset, this Blanc de Blancs is a testament to the elegance and richness of the terroir. The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’.
This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.
