The Rondo is whole bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to preserve the rich berry fruits. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak 225L barrels to add smooth structure and body. There are aromas of Citrus, Mulberry, blackcurrants and strawberries coupled with delicious summer fruit freshness on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled shellfish, salade niçoise, paella, rustic pâtés and terrines, charcuterie and sheep’s cheese. Medium bodied dry wine. 11% abv.

This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. The former will see a bit of oak while the latter remains unoaked to retains freshness. Hints of red currant, clove and spice on the nose. Fresh juiciness on the palate combines with supple tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy in its youth that will also develop additional complexity over 6 to 8 years of cellaring.
