A very special traditional method English sparkling wine made from our own Pinot Noir grapes skilfully combined with a carefully selected local Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir mix.
2018 was an exceptional growing year in the UK with a super hot summer which delivered grapes bursting with juicy ripeness.
Our Reserve Cuvée has fresh and intense citrus aromas, supported by notes of ripe fruit and the slightest hint of oak. A touch of biscuity honey with a creamy finish completes the tasting journey.
Aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Excellent with lobster lasagne, seafood or enjoyed on its own.

Tuffon Hall Sloe Gin is made using our own hand-picked sloe berries from blackthorn hedges on the farm. The sloes are steeped in gin which is distilled in the next door village. Displaying a lovely, delicate pink colour this delightful rosé sparkling wine boasts a rich nose of ripe summer strawberries with a palate that begins with luxurious flavours of creamy red apple, leading to bright cranberry fruit and a fresh strawberry finish.

This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. The team at Lobster Reef thought their quirky nature perfectly reflected what Lobster Reef wines are all about. The Lobster Reef winemaking team works closely with some of Marlborough’s finest growers to ensure that only the very best fruit is selected for their wines.
