A vibrant English sparkling wine with bright citrus notes and crisp freshness. It has a medium lemon colour and fine delicate bubbles. Attractive aromas of acacia blossom and lemon peel mingle with orchard fruits, including green apple and ripe pear plus mild brioche and subtle notes of pastry. On the palate it is deliciously crisp and dry with zest acidity and a lively mousse. Citrus flavours of lemon and yuzu marry greengage and mirabelle plum alongside exotic hints of kumquat and cashew nut. It shows a wonderful purity and saline minerality with a tangy finish.
Serve this dry, sparkling wine well-chilled in a flute as an aperitif. Pair it with canapés including smoked salmon blinis or fish goujons. Enjoy it with Japanese sushi amnd sashimi. The grapes are whole bunch pressed into a mix of stainless steel tanks and old Burgundy barrels for fermentation. The combination of tanks and barrels offers a depth and complexity that enhances aromas of elderflower, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and white pepper.
We are excited to bring back the second edition of our GMF, an early release, champagne method sparkling wine. The 2020 vintage was the forever summer of Britain, adding to a long warm growing season with exceptional quality. Bottled under crown cap, we leave this opulent wine undisgorged, giving the benefit continued lees ageing in the bottle, adding to the texture and complexity. The wine spends a minimum of 6 months ageing on lees prior to bottling and secondary fermentation.

This vintage of Kerner has been on an upward trajectory ever since we first tasted it in 2018. This single variety is our second Regent since our 2019 vintage – and is worth the wait.
Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice.
