This award winning wine (Bronze Wine GB Awards) is made from grapes from the 2023 harvest this wine has just been released in August 2024. Comprising of Bacchus and Schonburger and very lightly oaked (20% in barrel).
This wine shows a more subtle and nuanced side to Bacchus. It has a harmonious bouquet of white peach and jasmine, with a light herbal verbena edge. On the palate it is fresh and crisp, with partial barrel and malolactic fermentation giving added texture and depth, ultimately delivering a long mineral finish.

Royal Sovereign Rosé is a dry, crisp rosé with a vibrant cerise colour made from hand-harvested Rondo grapes grown in the Tamar Valley. The wine has hints of strawberries, raspberries and summer fruits. Royal Sovereign was one of the most popular strawberry cultivars grown in Tamar Valley market gardens during the first half of the twentieth century.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. This Library Release wine has been gently maturing in our cellars. A Pinot Noir-dominated blend from a cool vintage, this wine is elegant and nuanced with layers of complex flavours. The overall impression is bright and vibrant. Notes of red currant, red fruits and orange zest sitting alongside cloves, cherry bark and a delicious succulent apricot note. The finish is complex and long.

A limited edition still wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. This is a youthful and fruity red, with ample black cherry and plum, rounded out with some gentle spice. A portion of this wine was aged in French oak for six months to add depth to the lighter Burgundy style.

Intense dark ruby colour clean and crisp with the pure expressive terroir on the palate
Medium bodied with moderate tannins the wine is, silky and aromatic with notable freshness and a splash bouquet of summer red fruits predominantly strawberries and dry cranberry , orange rinds, and slightly spicey with a hint of warm vanilla toast and cream caramel with a long finish.
The tannins are still fresh but well balanced and this a wine that could be drunk now but will age well.
This wine pairs well with duck, beef bourguignon and roasted chicken as well as hard cheese.

This third release of our “SB” is a refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously English Sauvignon Blanc aromas of nettle, gooseberry & grass, heightened by flavours on the palate that deliver a savoury note.
