Inspired by the ancient winemaking traditions from the Georgian region, we seized the chance to create an extraordinary wine style, now fashionably known as “orange wine.” The original name for which is “Amber Wine.” Amber Wine from Amber Valley! We could say its the Amber nectar but some brewery or another might get upset.
A luminous golden-amber hue greets the eye, radiating the rustic elegance of this handcrafted gem from the Amber Valley. On the nose, a symphony of aromas unfolds: ripe apricot and zesty tangerine are complemented by a whisper of vanilla and a delicate hint of cedar, offering an inviting bouquet that teases the senses. The palate delivers an adventurous medley of flavors. Bright citrus zest mingles with succulent apricot and lush tropical pineapple, harmonized by a textured, tannic grip that adds depth and structure. A subtle Fino-like oxidative note enhances its complexity, making this a wine of remarkable character and intrigue.
With its 11% alcohol content and a style rooted in tradition yet full of modern allure, Amber Wine is perfect for the discerning wine lover seeking something distinctive. Each sip is a celebration of craftsmanship, a nod to the rich heritage of amber wines, and a proud reflection of the Amber Valley.

It displays a vibrant ruby hue with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant and aromatic, showcasing morello cherries, ripe red fruits, and a subtle hint of blackberries. Delicate spiced notes of allspice and vanilla emerge, layered with earthy undertones that hint at its barrel maturation.
On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, with a soft, velvety texture and graceful tannins. The red fruit core is complemented by gentle spice and a whisper of oak-driven vanilla. The acidity is well-integrated, offering freshness while supporting the wine’s structure.
The malolactic fermentation and oak ageing contribute to a rounded, harmonious body with a touch of complexity. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of cherry, spice, and a touch of earthiness that promises graceful ageing potential.
A versatile partner, it pairs perfectly with rosemary roast lamb, game dishes, grilled pork, roast salmon, or earthy mushroom-based cuisine. Artelium Artefact #8 Skinny Gris (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A characterful dry orange rosé with bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing. An energetic wine with some tension that will loosen with age.
The Baron Gilvan collaborated with us on label designs for Artefacts #7, #8, & #9. His oil-stick on paper drawings were inspired by each wine’s names, qualities, and colours, the resulting artworks depicting a jazz band of curious characters indulging in a make-believe underground cabaret. The direction of the labels naturally formed itself through initial drawings. The idea of the ‘wild ferment’ informed the animal-human hybrids whilst the variety ‘Cabaret Noir’ inspired the inclusion of instruments and cabaret characters. The paint colours were inspired by the colours of each wine; deep burgundy for ‘Cabaret Noir’, zesty orange for ‘Skinny Gris’, and blanched green for ‘Motley Wild.
Oxney Estate Organic Wines Chardonnay 2022 (6 Bottles) Rye, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A Chardonnay that just keeps getting better and better! Fresh and bright on the nose and mouth, with lemon, citrus zest and a lovely savoury salinity. This Chardonnay is a real winner to enjoy on it’s own or alongside fish and chicken dishes served with creamy lemon and dill sauces. Is your mouth watering yet?
The fruit was picked mid October, de-stemmed and pressed with partial wild yeast fermentation with over 70% in oak barrels, 5.4% of it new, and the rest of the ferment in stainless steel.
The 2022 was one of those glorious wine grape growing years. Spring started out mild and frost free. Summer brought so much sun along with the heat and drought, the clay soils loved it! Autumn was kind enough to offer a bountiful harvest and perfect ripeness for our still wines.
