Situated on the sunlit slopes of the Sussex countryside, Ambriel Vineyard is a distinguished name in English sparkling wine. Established in 2008 by Charles and Wendy Outhwaite, this family-run vineyard spans 9 hectares of prime south-facing land, where vines thrive on the region’s renowned greensand soils, providing the perfect conditions for producing premium sparkling wines.
Ambriel Vineyard specializes exclusively in traditional method sparkling wines crafted from classic grape varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
