Their “Clayhill Vineyard Chardonnay” is celebrated for its precision, with notes of citrus, green apple, and flinty minerality, while their “Painter of Light Pinot Noir” offers delicate red fruit flavors, soft tannins, and a hint of spice. These wines reflect Sergio’s vision of crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines with a distinctly English identity.
