The wine therefore benefits from some lovely bottle age and is ready to be enjoyed now. 12% ABV.

Blending together the three traditional "Champagne" varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages, our NV Sparkling Cuvée was left to age in bottle for two years on its lees.
