At Brissenden Vineyard, we nurture our seven acres of established vines with care and patience, crafting fine wines and creating welcoming spaces for our visitors. Our story began in 2017, when we discovered our perfect field in the picturesque Kent countryside.
Our idyllic vineyard offers scenic avenues and aisles ideal for picnics or wine tastings after a tour. We also have a secluded camping ground for friends and family gatherings.
As a family-run business with three generations involved, we prioritize warmth and hospitality. Our team is open, friendly, and dedicated to producing exceptional English Sparkling Wines. The latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut that was originally released in 2019, and sold out quickly.
This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 24 months gaining complexity on lees. New release! This is the latest release of our best-selling Rosé Brut from the successful 2022 vintage. This release is made exactly in exactly the same style - albeit a little lighter in appearance - from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 18 months on lees.
Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%.

Coddington Vineyard Bacchus 2021 (6 Bottles) Ledbury, Herefordshire, England

Ripening in mid October lends a pale, lemon gold hue to the wine.
The nose shows elderflower, nettle, lime flower and a hint of rose petal too. These aromas flow onto the palate to be joined with grapefruit and lemon skin notes, and just a hint of melon and nectarine fruit too. Finishes clean, crisp and dry.

This is our classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It has a pale silver lime-leaf green appearance, with continuous small bubbles. This wine is brilliant as an aperitif on its own or wonderful paired with seafood.
