Beautifully balanced light Pink traditional method sparkling wine with classic English Pinot character. Lovely floral and delicate strawberry fruit nose and crisp acidity
2017 vintage review in The Times by Jane Macquitty 'Bob and Sam make England’s best pink bubble in a pretty corner of the Cornish countryside. It’s constantly classy, champagne-method gem and bursts with zingy crushed-strawberry fruit. Wonder to the park with this and have a wonderful time. '
Described by Victoria Moore as ‘a triumph, it’s completely delicious – like a wild cherry blossom nose-kiss’. Jane Macquitty, the Times critic writes about the 2016 vintage: ‘Camel Valley’s strawberry scented Pinot noir rose Brut is ‘the best …’.
Praised by Matthew Jukes, English Wine Compendium Mail Weekend magazine "This is a phenomenal wine which is not only one of the finest rosés in the UK but also the world!"
Recommended by Saturday Kitchen’s Olly Smith and a strong pedigree: The 2010 vintage won a Decanter World Wine Award Gold medal, the UKVA Trophy for the best Sparkling Rose in England and was awarded first place in the MWs tasting of 90 English Sparkling wines in 2012. Judges included Jancis Robinson, Stephen Spurrier, Stephen Skelton, Susie Barry, Waitrose and M&S: 'Strawberry and raspberry nose, lovely acid backbone well balanced with the dosage'.
The 2008 and 2009 vintages were both outright winners of the Sparkling Rosé International trophy in Verona (Bollicini Del Mondo). Camel Valley 2009 Pinot Noir Rosé was crowned Sparkling Rosé World Champion ahead of Bollinger Champagne rosé and also won the International Wine Challenge Trophy. Awarded 95/100 points from Chair of Judges Tom Stevenson, editor of Christie's World Encyclopedia of Champagne and sparkling wine. Here it is! The great 2018 vintage has arrived, our fourth harvest of Lady Elizabeth Rosé. Heralded as one of the best English wine growing years where everything came together, certainly in the South East and particularly Sussex.
Our distinctive pale salmon colour sits alongside deliciously defined fruit. It’s the full gamut of citrus to peach with red fruit scintillation. This wine is built to last and will benefit from extended cork ageing, but nonetheless is also delicious right now and displays our trademark soft mousse and gentle acidity.

This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.
