Set in the heart of Buckinghamshire’s picturesque countryside, Chiltern Valley Winery & Vineyard is a boutique estate crafting exceptional English wines. Founded by Tim Chafor in 2009, the 23-acre vineyard sits on historic terroir once part of the ancient Royal hunting forest of Bernwood. With a world-class winemaking team, Tim grows classic Champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, alongside England’s signature grape Bacchus and Madeleine Angevine.
