“Chilli” the cat stumbled across us on his travels during June 2021 and decided to adopt us and make Chiltern Valley his new home! We welcomed him with open arms and this very special black cat is loved, adored and spoilt rotten by all his humans!! During the summer months “Chilli” may join you in the court yard to enjoy some summer sun, a few cuddles and of course to see what delights you are enjoying from the on-site food truck! Every year to pay homage to this special lad we name a wine after him (which of course he chooses!!) and this year is his delicious “Chilli Cat Cuvee”, cheers “Chilli”.

Old Luxters Brewery, a proud revival of the farm-brewed tradition, produces full mash Real Ales with a wooden-clad mash tun, copper, and fermentation vessels. Their Master Brewer meticulously blends premium English malted barley, including pale, crystal, and chocolate malts, to create ales with depth, flavour, and richness, seasoned with carefully selected English hops for perfect aroma and bitterness.

Tamesis is a collaboration between Blackbook and Forty Hall, London’s only certified organic vineyard. This was the first wine both grown and made in London, in modern times when we initially released the 2018 vintage.
Fermented using natural yeasts in a combination of old French oak barrels and steel tank; followed by naturally occurring malolactic fermentation and aged for 7 months on gross lees. A wine that truly expresses the varietal essence with nuances of elderflower, white peach, and white pepper with touches of sweet spices and tropical fruit. Unfined and unfiltered.
