Colchester Oyster was conceived to be the ideal complement for a wide variety of seafood and shellfish dishes, and while it has definitely achieved that aim, over the years it has also gained a following from our customers and remains one of our most popular white wines today.

A Hidden Gem in North Essex in the heart of the Dedham Vale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our 40-acre vineyard offers a tranquil retreat amidst stunning North Essex countryside.

Our Brut Sparkling wine, crafted using traditional methods, boasts a lively mousse, fresh fruit flavors, and yeasty overtones. Made from Orion and Chardonnay grapes, this delightful wine is perfect for celebrations and pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, or canapés.

Our modest 8-acre vineyard produces a diverse range of wines, each vintage showcasing unique characteristics. Tended to by our dedicated team, our wines offer a charm that makes every year distinct.
