About Dunleavy Vineyards
Passionate winemakers in the picturesque Yeo Valley, Somerset, Dunleavy Vineyards combines passion, sustainable practices, and cutting-edge techniques to produce award-winning rosé and sparkling wines. Our Regent and Seyval Blanc grapes thrive in the region’s fertile soil, yielding wines that have captivated palates across the UK.
Owner and manager Ingrid Bates, a biologist turned viticulturist, planted the vineyard in 2008. After two decades of dedication to her craft, Ingrid’s wines have gained a loyal following, with Dunleavy Vineyards becoming a staple in top independent shops and restaurants nationwide.
In 2021, we successfully crowdfunded a campaign to expand our operations, purchasing a new field to grow grapes without chemicals. This milestone marks an exciting chapter in our journey, enabling us to meet growing demand for our wines while staying true to our sustainable ethos.

This exquisite rosé is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir clone 777 (98%), complemented by a touch of Pinot Meunier (2%). A sparkling wine of unparalleled elegance, Paragon Blanc de Blancs showcases the purest expression of Chardonnay from the Upper Levels vineyard. Made exclusively from premium clones (95, 121, 76, and 131), this limited release of just 3,535 bottles is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.
On the nose, bright citrus aromas intertwine with delicate floral notes and a whisper of toasted almond, hinting at its partial oak cask aging (46%) alongside stainless steel (54%). The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves the vibrant acidity (8.8g/L), complemented by a touch of residual sugar (5.9g/L) that enhances the wine’s texture without compromising its finesse.
On the palate, Paragon is a symphony of precision and complexity. The wine delivers crisp green apple, lemon zest, and a chalky minerality, rounded by a subtle creaminess from oak influence. The finish is long and refreshing, with a delicate interplay of fruit, acidity, and structure that invites another sip.
