Bold tropical aromas of gooseberry and ripe white peach leap from the glass, complemented by delicate hints of stone fruit, citrus rind, and a refined chalky minerality. The wine is elegant, vibrant, and refined, with excellent fruit concentration and length. Extended lees contact and a touch of 2% Sémillon add depth and richness, balancing the crisp acidity. Made in a classic unwooded style, this Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful drink now, but it will evolve beautifully with 5 to 8 years of ageing under optimal cellaring conditions.
