Juliet Victor is a relatively young estate, founded in 2015 by József Váradi. Located in the heart of Hungary’s Tokaj region, in the historic town of Mád, Juliet Victor has 25 hectares – some of the highest quality and historically significant areas. The estate uses the same handpicked Furmint grapes to produce dry wines as well as blends with Hárslevelu and Muskotály for their sweet Szamorodni and Late Harvest wines. The vines are on average 45-50 years old but the Bomboly vineyard includes some vines that are over 100 years old.

The aroma is clean, developing, apple and green apple aromas, mild herbal, chamomile character, which is accompanied by a mineral, salty nose. On the palate the wine is dry, with medium acidity, medium loose structure, citrus, vanilla, apple, salty aromas, with a moderately long finish. Balanced, rich white wine which can be drink now or even in 2-5 years. The recommended food pairing for the wine is vitello tonnato, truffle, capers, ruccola.
