Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Crémant de Loire is a beautiful pale gold colour with hints of green, creating a delicate and luminous appearance. It has a gentle effervescence that lingers gracefully. The aroma is a delightful blend of fruity notes, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers like honeysuckle and acacia. On the palate, it offers a harmonious experience with a pleasant dryness, thanks to a balanced level of residual sugars. It provides a delicate and enjoyable taste that lingers long after each sip.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.
A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

Antonin Guyon started buying vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin and Meursault in the 1960s. A decade later, his son Dominique added 350 plots in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Today, Dominique and his daughter Hombeline, the fifth generation of the family, look after a domaine covering more than fifteen different appellations.
This vibrant, ruby-hued Pinot Noir offers a lifted bouquet of wild strawberry, red cherry, and rose petal, layered with subtle forest floor and gentle spice. the wine showcases purity of fruit and a bright, cool-climate character. On the palate, it is finely structured and crisp, with lively acidity and delicate, chalky tannins framing the red berry core. Domaine la Haute Févrie is found right in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, around 18km south-east of Nantes. The estate covers 30 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots, which sit on the piece of land that lies between the waters of the Sèvre and the Maine. All of the vines are managed with environmentally friendly priniciples. hand-harvesting, no chemical fertilizers and with yield control. The domaine create single vineyard Muscadet wines enabling the expression of each individual site in every bottle.
The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)

Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.

Its nose is a one of complexity, boasting exquisite fruit notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit, alongside captivating mineral undertones. Upon aeration, the minerality takes centre stage, reminiscent of gunflint, intertwining gracefully with the hints of freshly squeezed lemon entwined with the essence of white fruit, pear, and green apples.
