Tillingham is nestled within 70 acres of picturesque hills, woodlands, and vineyards, offering breathtaking views of the Tillingham River valley, the historic town of Rye, and the Romney salt marshes. This 13th-century mixed farm is home to a diverse array of crops, livestock, and ancient woodland.
Our approach at Tillingham is rooted in progress and tradition. We blend cutting-edge scientific knowledge with ancient farming and winemaking techniques to create a unique and sustainable practice. By embracing poly-cultural farming methods and biodynamics, we aim to restore our soils to optimal health, promoting ecological diversity and sustainability.

As its name suggests this wine is made of selected base wines from multiple vintages to produce an approachable and immediately enjoyable style. Others call this style ‘non-vintage’ – we just prefer the name ‘multi-vintage’! This classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth-filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.

This sparkling rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes including some Pinot Précoce, a variety that ripens early which balances the acidity of the wine with ripe summer fruit flavours.
Rose pink in colour, this dry wine is abundantly aromatic with strawberry and dark fruit notes. Lively, fresh and fruity with a crisp, long finish.

This sweet vermouth has been hand-crafted from distilled Sauvignon wine, blended with Pinot Noir and carefully selected botanical infusions of herbs, spices and citrus peel.
Beautifully bitter wormwood aromas are intertwined with dark notes of cacao and coffee, creamy undertones of vanilla, earthy rooibos tea leaves, and sweetness from caramelised Albury honey. A warming melange of spices including cassia bark, orange peel, nutmeg and ginger are underpinned by herbal flavours of honeybush leaf, lemon balm and meadowsweet for added complexity.

Beautifully balanced and white gold in colour, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels then it is aged for 36 months in our underground cave before hand disgorge and finishing.
Nutty Vintage can compete with any sparkling wine in the world. Great for lavish entertaining and special celebrations, it is a lovely aperitif to pair with canapés, oysters, smoked salmon and quail eggs. It is also a treat to cut the sweetness of rich chocolatey desserts.
