Tuffon Hall Pinot Gris 2023 (6 Bottles) Halstead, Essex, England
£106.00

This limited release Pinot Gris is very reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Gris, richer than the Bacchus and fuller bodied it is very well balanced. Floral notes, ripe melon and a touch of citrus on the nose and flavours of Elderflower, apricot and peach on the palate. This wine has a slight spice and yet a refreshing finish.
About Tuffon Hall Vineyard
Welcome to Tuffon Hall Vineyard, a family-run estate in East Anglia. Since 2014, we’ve been crafting award-winning wines on our farm, which has been in our family for over 100 years.
Our vineyard is a true family affair, with everyone playing a part. Our wines are even named after our daughters: Amelie, Beatrice, and Charlotte. We’re proud to produce high-quality, limited-release wines that delight our growing family of English wine lovers.

The Baron Gilvan collaborated with us on label designs for Artefacts #7, #8, & #9. His oil-stick on paper drawings were inspired by each wine’s names, qualities, and colours, the resulting artworks depicting a jazz band of curious characters indulging in a make-believe underground cabaret. The direction of the labels naturally formed itself through initial drawings. The idea of the ‘wild ferment’ informed the animal-human hybrids whilst the variety ‘Cabaret Noir’ inspired the inclusion of instruments and cabaret characters. The paint colours were inspired by the colours of each wine; deep burgundy for ‘Cabaret Noir’, zesty orange for ‘Skinny Gris’, and blanched green for ‘Motley Wild.
