Located in the picturesque Welsh countryside, our family-owned vineyard was born from a shared passion for viticulture. Robb and Nicola’s journey began in 1993, and by 2009, they had planted their first 4,000 vines. Today, our vineyard boasts 13,500 vines, including Cabernet Franc, the first of its kind in Wales. We’re committed to sustainable viticulture, carefully nurturing our vines to produce exceptional Welsh wines.

The palate is medium bodied, with a soft, silky texture and a subtle hint of spice from the oak, which leads to a long, moreish finish. The wine has been gently aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, to add more depth and complexity.

The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
Our Bulari Sparkling Rosé is wonderfully fresh and fragrant with hints of rose petal on the nose and an extremely elegant, pale pink appearance. This wine has a delicate mousse with alluring flavours of passion fruit and hints of orange on the palate leading to a dry, crisp finish.
