Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
Pale yellow colour, fine mousse. Expressive, fruity (citrus and banana) nose. Smooth palate (Meunier) maintaining the citrus notes, light finish.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. Since 2003, this property has been in the very capable hands of brothers Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet. Together with Marion (Antoine’s daughter) they work 23 hectares of vineyards in Dizy, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Hautvillers.
Golden yellow hue, fine mousse. Fresh nose of dried fruit (apricot) with a hint of citrus. Smooth palate (Meunier); fresh, balanced and fruity (fresh apricot, white peach, citrus); aromatic finish.

The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.
A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

For several years now our Orion, Reichensteiner and Phoenix have been expertly blended to produce the perfect English dry white wine. It is delightfully light on the palate with aromas of melon and grapefruit, with hints of kumquat and citrus.
Colchester Oyster was conceived to be the ideal complement for a wide variety of seafood and shellfish dishes, and while it has definitely achieved that aim, over the years it has also gained a following from our customers and remains one of our most popular white wines today.

Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the wines are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity, a theme which runs right through the range and really shows its worth in the vintage cuvées which show impressive energy and poise and remarkable ageing potential.
A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body. A newly developed German variety, perfectly suited for organic cultivation in northern Europe, has produced a medium-dry white wine with pale gold hues. The wine offers notes of apricot and apple on the palate and has an 11% alcohol content.
The 2022 vintage has just arrived, crafted in partnership with a new winery. However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. This limited release provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a fresh and distinctive wine during their vineyard experience.
Valentin Leflaive CV1830 Blanc de Blancs NV Extra Brut (6 Bottles) Champagne, France

Launched in 2015, Valentin Leflaive was granted the status of ‘négociant-manipulant’ in 2020 enabling the company to manage the whole production chain including the purchase of grapes. A boutique winery was opened in Oger with a traditional ageing cellar dug deep into the chalk. Chef de Caves Christophe Pitois, who looks after the important relationship with the growers, is assisted by talented enologist Clément Galois. Both are from the Champagne region.
The colour reveals golden yellow reflections and a fine effervescence. The nose is expressive, with notes of ripe fruits such as white peach punctuated by brioche and toasted aromas. The attack is creamy and complex. A beautiful aromatic palate finishes on refreshing lemon and citrus notes.
