This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. The gravelly soils of the Wallcliffe vineyard have imparted a subtle minerality, while the wild-yeast fermentation has added a touch of nuance. Glaetzer Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish. Hints of cut plum, dried spice and dark chocolate on the nose. Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. The former will see a bit of oak while the latter remains unoaked to retains freshness. Hints of red currant, clove and spice on the nose. Fresh juiciness on the palate combines with supple tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy in its youth that will also develop additional complexity over 6 to 8 years of cellaring.

Our highly anticipated, limited release wine is full-bodied with aromas of blackberry and sweet spice, a palate of crunchy red fruit with polished tannins and a bright finish. Made from 100% Divico grapes.
Divico is a new grape variety in England specifically developed to create a rich, fruit-forward red wine in our cool climate. Our third harvest yielded 356 bottles. The wine is deep red in colour with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, tinned plums and sweet spice. The palate is full bodied with crunchy red fruit and vanilla toffee, polished tannins and a bright finish. Our winemaker thinks this wine is a 'bit of a cracker' with good potential to age.
This limited edition wine is hand labelled, individually numbered and signed. It comes in a gift bag with a detailed tech sheet.
