Our signature white wine at Burn Valley continues to shine, barrel fermented and aged in Hungarian oak for eight months with a mixture of new and aged oak, partial malolactic fermentation is done to produce a rich buttery finish. Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
Pale yellow colour, fine mousse. Expressive, fruity (citrus and banana) nose. Smooth palate (Meunier) maintaining the citrus notes, light finish.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Since 2003, this property has been in the very capable hands of brothers Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet. Together with Marion (Antoine’s daughter) they work 23 hectares of vineyards in Dizy, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Hautvillers.
Golden yellow hue, fine mousse. Fresh nose of dried fruit (apricot) with a hint of citrus. Smooth palate (Meunier); fresh, balanced and fruity (fresh apricot, white peach, citrus); aromatic finish.

The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.
A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

Flint Vineyard Charmat 2023 (6 Bottles) Bungay, Norfolk, England

bright, fresh and fruit-driven, made with a blend of sustainably grown, aromatic varieties that require minimal intervention in the vineyard. The grapes were pressed under nitrogen to retain their delicate flavours, with a proportion fermented in neutral oak to add complexity. Secondary fermentation was completed in tank using the Charmat Method, making this wine one of the first of its kind produced in England. This vibrant sparkling white is full of fresh lemon and pear. A crisp palate of melon and green apple lead to a bright finish, making it the perfect aperitif.
